INVENTORY AND CHECK IN

The inventory report is conducted at the start of every new tenancy for the landlord and tenants protection. The purpose of the report is to provide a detail explanation of the condition and contents of the property at the time to tenant is moving in. This report will then be used again when the tenant checks out to check for any changes or damages that have happened during the tenancy that the tenant may be liable for. It also prevents the tenant from being charged for any damages that were alreayd present upon check in and therefore not caused by the tenant.

The report will provide a detailed description of each item in the property along with supporting photographs. We detail everything from the light switches to the inside of the oven and will desribe the condition of each item, stating what level of cleanliness it is in and if there are any marks or damages present at the time. The report will also include the meter readings and an audio recording of all smoke/heat/co2 detectors to show they are in working order. We can check the tenants into the property at the same time if required.
