Please note:

Prices are exclusive of VAT

*Additional rooms will be charged at £15.00 per room Exclusive of VAT, (Dining room, Additonal bathroom or WC, Office)

*We reserve the right to add additional charges if rooms are excessively furnished, in which case the clerk will contact you.

*Parking, ULEZ and congestion zone fees may be charged if unavoidable. We will inform you if this is the case.

*We require 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or a cancellation fee of 30% may apply.
